Boot Camp – Corps Cadet Encampment 2016
On Friday and Saturday, September 23-24, the Massachusetts Division held its 5th Annual Corps Cadet Encampment at Camp Wonderland. Over 100 Corps Cadets and leaders from sixteen corps gathered for a time of teaching, fellowship and leadership training. On Friday night, as the Corps Cadets played mini-golf, drove go-carts and bumper boats, Corps Officers and leaders spent time together in leadership training and fellowship. On Saturday, the Corps Cadets finished all four of September’s lessons between basketball games and other free time activities. The event concluded on Saturday afternoon with a beautiful time of worship as each Corps Cadet and leader present signed a covenant reaffirming their dedication to the Lord and their membership to the Corps Cadet program. We look forward to next year’s gathering and even greater things!
