Brittany Parks
Children's Ministries Outreach CoordinatorBrittany Parks
I love the Lord and I strive to walk in kindness; I enjoy encouraging and loving on people. Laughing, naps and chips and salsa are my favorite pastimes. If I’m not doing any of the previous, I’m probably hiking a trail somewhere or playing my guitar worshiping. If you want to experience firsthand what a nerd I am, ask me about woodworking or anything to do with (but not limited to) building or music. My friends call me MacGyver because I can fix anything. I’m passionate about Troops Ministry and I want to empower and support our territory with all that I can. I’m a believer in getting our youth outside to experience our creator in amazing new ways. Join me!

Youth Discipleship CoordinatorAnnabel do Santos
I describe myself as an introvert with “FOMO” (Fear of Missing Out). That means that I thoroughly enjoy -and need- quiet time to be still and recharge on my own, but I love an opportunity to experience something new and make memories with others. My husband and our rescue dog fill my heart, I really enjoy quality time with the people I love, and I probably care too much about plants and good coffee. I follow Jesus, and I have worked in youth ministry for The Salvation Army for over 12 years in various corps and camps. God has challenged me through it but has never left my side. My favorite thing is seeing people succeed, so I’m excited to support leaders of all ages and levels of experience in my new position as Youth Discipleship Coordinator. I can help with all things Corps Cadets, Junior Soldiers, and Sunday school, and I want to help people feel empowered to use their gifts for the Kingdom!
Elaine Castro-Delaluz
Young Adult and Missions Ministry CoordinatorElaine Castro-Delaluz
My name is Elaine Castro-Delaluz, and I am the Young Adult and Missions Ministry Coordinator. I am devoted to guiding young adults on their walk with Christ and empowering them to make a global impact through their local and abroad communities. With a degree in international business enhancing my professional background in development and extensive experience leading missions teams, I bring a unique perspective to my role. I believe in the transformative power of service and the inherent potential within young adults to effect positive change worldwide. In my free time, I am spending time with family, friends or my beautiful French bulldog, the cutest dog I have ever seen. One Bible verse that resonates deeply with me is Isaiah 6:8, where Isaiah responds to God’s call with unwavering readiness: “Here am I. Send me!” This verse captures the essence of readiness and willingness to serve—a principle I aim to instill in young adults. I aim to inspire and equip them to embrace their faith and engage wholeheartedly, leveraging their skills and knowledge to impact communities worldwide. I am ready to cultivate a new generation of Christ-centered leaders within the youth department at THQ.
Our Mission
East Youth has a unique mission: to strive to inspire a generation of youth within The Salvation Army’s eastern territory to live for what matters most. We also strive to be a resource for the Eastern territory at the local level, with resources for all youth programs at the corps and divisional levels.
We are passionate about making a lasting impact on the spiritual journey of our youth. It is our hope that a new generation of leaders will be trained and inspired to serve the kingdom.
